FOUR GENERATION OF EXPERIENCE


It all started in 1913, when one of our olive groves bought a house in the center of the village of Escolca with an attached mill that immediately went into operation. Since then, our family has been attached to the production of extra virgin olive oil. This, the fourth generation, wants to continue the family tradition, with a lot of experience and expertise. The olives are smashed in the state-of-the-art property mill (which also works on third parties). The olive grove of the farm is 10 hectares and the varieties of cultivated olives are "Bosana", "Cagliari's tonda" and "Pitz's Carroga". The right combination of the various Cultivars allows us to extract a medium fruity oil with a balanced, spicy bitter taste. For some years now we have been producing flavored oils that are born from the right combination of our extra virgin olive and the scents and aromas of our island. The company is strictly family-run, the young owner Alessandro, together with his parents Andrea and Martina, deals with the processing and crushing of olives, everything related to bottling and labeling, packaging in the premises, while his sister Alice is the sales manager.
